  • Sunday, January 29th 1:30-3:30pm at Lovers

–Group workout followed by Master Your Metabolism lecture and Week 1 –Food Plan and grocery list

–Initial weigh-in and measurements (in private of course!)

 

  • Sunday, February 5th – Week 2 MYM plan emailed to you

 

  • Sunday, January 12th – Week 3 MYM plan emailed to you

 

  • Sunday, January 19th – Final group workout, weigh-in and measurements at Lovers
