DONATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL
ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Please submit the request on letterhead and include the organization’s name and attach a copy of your 501C3 certificate. Request should include a description of the event, type of participation you would like from BEYOND, and how our participation will be of benefit to your organization. Donations will be in the form of short-term memberships, fitness parties, guest passes, and/or product. All donation requests will go through the review process, even if donations have been made in previous years.
Requests are reviewed weekly. We have a limited budget allocated for donation and therefore unfortunately will not be able to honor all requests. Please allow 2 weeks for response. Requests must come via email – requests via fax or phone will not be considered.
