GET SIGNED UP

We want to be on your calendar…but in ink, not pencil. Make sure you’ve created your online profile with us before your first session to reserve your equipment (space is limited). Simply click “Book Classes” to be directed to our 24/7 online scheduling system. At the top of our schedule page, click “Sign Up”and enter in your email, address, phone number, birthday and credit card information. After that, you can purchase sessions under the “Buy” tab and schedule your classes under the “Book” tab. If you have any questions, click “Contact” for studio information.

PURCHASE YOUR SESSIONS

You must purchase BEYOND sessions BEFORE you can reserve a spot in one of our classes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express; not monopoly money. BEYOND sessions can be used at our Lovers and Snider and Preston studios.

RESERVE YOUR SPOT

You are responsible for booking your own schedule and we make it mighty easy through our online scheduling software. Now that you have created an account, you can reserve your sessions through our live schedule. That schedule will tell you who’s teaching, at what time, what kind of session it is and how many spots are open. Sessions can be booked up to 10 days in advance.

ARRIVE ON TIME

Got a hot date? A flight to catch? A conference call? We understand, but please plan your BEYOND schedule accordingly. Arriving late is distracting to other individuals in the session and to the instructor. We want to keep the focused energy in the room throughout the entire 50-minute session. If you do not arrive within five minutes of the scheduled session time, your space may be given to someone who is waiting.

CANCELING A SESSION

Due to a limited number of spaces available in each session, BEYOND has two types of charges to motivate attendance. A Late Cancel charge of $15 occurs if you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled class time. A No Show charge of $25 occurs if you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled class time, or if you are signed up for a class and do not attend.

WAIVING CANCELATION FEES

We do not waive cancellation fees. Sorry, no exceptions. That’s why they are called motivational charges. If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours, it’s really hard for us to fill your spot in the class. And if you cancel your reservation within 2 hours, it’s even harder. That’s why we have two types of fees.

SWITCHING SESSION TIMES

Switching sessions during a cancellation period will also result in a fee. Sorry, no exceptions. We love making dreams come true, but truth be told, if you’ve held a spot in one class, you are making it unavailable to someone else. And if you switch, that once unavailable spot becomes available at the last minute. Help out your peers by making your schedule changes as soon as you can. You’ll get a great workout no matter what time you come. Promise.

ENABLING COOKIES FOR YOUR DEVICE

Can’t view our site on your iPhone or iPad due to cookies being required?  Simply go to SETTINGS followed by SAFARI and then ACCEPT COOKIES.  You’ll change your selection to ALWAYS.  Voila!

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

Our policy is to keep lost and found items for 60 days.

WHERE TO PARK

For our Henderson studio: We have lots in front and behind of our building, and our neighbors to the West do too for you. The lot across the street is also available during morning classes. We just ask that you do not park in the Gin Mill restaurant spaces directly to our East.

For our Lovers studio: You’ll see plenty of spots on Lovers Lane right in front of our building. The sweet spot is arriving 5-10 minutes before your class since that’s when the last class is getting out!

For our Preston studio: You should have no problem getting front row seats here. VIP!

SHARING SESSIONS

Have a separate online profile and a separate package due to safety and liability reasons. If you want to have the same credit card on your online profile and your significant other’s, that’s easy to do. Just purchase a package under your name and store the credit card, and then purchase a package under theirs and store the same credit card. Who likes to share anyway?

GETTING ON THE WAITLIST

Even if the session is full. When someone in the class cancels their reservation, you will be automatically added to and confirmed for the session. You will receive a wait list notification email letting you know that you’ve gotten in. Unless you go online and cancel your reservation, we are preparing to see your bright and shiny face.

GETTING ON MORE THAN ONE WAITLIST

If you choose to wait list for more than one session, you MUST keep track of your schedule. Once added to a class, you need to cancel out other sessions you have wait listed. We are not responsible for clients who are added to more than one session per day. We’re pretty on top of it, but how could we possibly manage all of your schedules on our own?

REMOVE YOURSELF FROM A WAITLIST

You can cancel sessions you’re wait listed for my clicking “My Info,” followed by “My Schedule.” Click “Wait List” located in the top right corner and cancel out of all appropriate sessions. Do this as soon as you know you can no longer attend the session—the next person on the wait list will thank you for it.

THE WAITLIST LOCKS AT 14 HOURS

This means you will NOT be automatically added to the class after that 14-hour point before the class. We do this so that you do not get an email at 3:00 a.m. confirming you for a spot in the 6:00 a.m. session that day.

Our cancellation period begins at 12 hours. So, at the very minimum, you have a two-hour window to cancel your reservation (without penalty) if you’re added to the class from the wait list at the 14th hour. Since cancellations occur often and the wait list locks, it’s best to check the night before or the day of the class for an opening.

CELL PHONE POLICY

We’d love for you to give your cell phone a break for 50 minutes; however, we understand that you have other things going on. If you need to take a call or keep your cell close by, just keep it on hushhush mode and work out in a place where you can leave easily, if needed. Taking necessary calls? Cool. Playing Words With Friends? Not cool. All we ask for is a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

CONTACTING US

Don’t hate on the pumping music. That’s what makes our workouts fun, new and different. When sessions are going on, it can be hard to hear the phone or answer it. For an immediate response, send us an email or text message to **BEYOND. We are very electronically available.

STORING PERSONAL ITEMS

A cubby box is provided for keys or a gym bag; however, the cubby can not be locked. Do not store valuable items in the cubbies. BEYOND cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
