1. Help, I can’t login!


Not to worry. This just means that your old password didn’t transfer over. To fix this, reset your password by going to our website www.thebeyondstudios.com. Click on the “SIGN IN” button in the top right corner. Enter in your email address and then click “forgot your password.” You’ll receive a lovely little email from us prompting you to reset your password. Once you’ve reset it, try logging back in.


  1. How do I sign in on the kiosk at the studio?


Easy. Just remember your phone number or email that’s associated with your BEYOND Studios account and type it in. The system will confirm your class time, and once you click “check-in,” you’re all set. For our Class Pass users: be sure to use your email and not your phone number since we don’t have that on file.


  1. I can’t find the BEYOND class schedule online.


You can view our class times by clicking “BOOK NOW” on our home page at www.thebeyondstudios.com and then selecting the location you want to visit. To reserve a spot in the class, select the “SIGN IN” tab and create a profile with your name, address, email , phone number and credit card information. You’ll then be able to purchase a session before reserving your spot in your desired class time.


  1. Why do I need to re-enter my credit card information?


Identity theft ain’t fun. To protect your identity, we’ve encrypted your credit card information so that it can’t be transferred over the internet. But this is a one-time process; once you update your credit card information onto your account, we can save it there.


  1. Uh-oh, something came up. How do I cancel?


If you need to cancel your class, simply log into your account and select “MY ACCOUNT” followed by “MY CLASSES.” This will pull up your reserved classes. You can just click “unreserve” next to your class you cannot attend.


  1. I noticed a $20 fee on my credit card. What is this?


The $20 is a flat rate no show/late cancel motivational fee that applies only to our friends on our unlimited contracts. If you’re on one of our session packages, the $20 will NOT be charged, but your kick ass session will be deducted from your package instead.


  1. I heard your pricing changed…

  • 5 sessions, $100, expires in 30 days
  • 10 sessions, $200, expires in 60 days
  • 15 sessions, $275, expires in 60 days
  • 20 sessions, $325, expires in 90 days
  • Month-to-month unlimited $249 with access to all 3 locations
  • 3 months unlimited $199 with access to all 3 locations
  • 6 months unlimited $175 with access to all 3 locations


  1. Do you have a mobile app I can use?


Our lovely new software is mobile-friendly, so there’s no need to download an app. To create a shortcut so that you don’t have to type it into you web browser each day, simply login to your BEYOND account on your mobile device. Once you’re on your account page, tap the screen so that the option to send or bookmark that webpage appears at the bottom of your mobile device. Then, select the send option (the square icon with an arrow pointing up) and tap the “Add to Home Screen.” Exit out of your web browser and you should see our BEYOND Y icon on the home screen.


  1. Should I delete the MINDBODY Connect app?

Toss that sucka!
